Social Program Checks
All licensed betting operators in Brazil must verify whether customers are receiving social benefits such as Bolsa Familia or Continuous Provision Benefit (BPC) as part of a regulatory requirement.
In line with these regulations, customers who receive Bolsa Familia Program or the BPC are no longer permitted to take part in gambling activities
If an account is identified as belonging to someone receiving either Bolsa Familia or BPC, that account will be closed.
Why have you closed my account?
We have been informed that you are on the database of beneficiaries of the Bolsa Familia Program and/or the Continuous Provision Benefit. We are therefore required to close your account in line with regulations.
What will happen with my unsettled bets and balance?
Any unsettled bets will be made void and returned to your account balance, you will then have 72 hours to withdraw these funds.
After this point, we will attempt to withdraw any funds to your active payment method.

Can I open a new account?
Whilst you remain on the database of beneficiaries of the Bolsa Familia or the BPC, you will be unable to hold an active account.
What if my account was closed in error?
You can check your status with the Unified Registry of Social Programs (Cadastro Único para Programas Sociais).
