To claim your Bet Credits:

Log in to your account, navigate to the Rewards Hub

Scroll down to Promos

Select Opt In on the Bet Credits reward

This will now appear in your Active Rewards ready for you to use.
Important Tip
Bet Credits have a seven-day expiry date once credited. Any unused bet credits are deducted from your balance after this time.
Important information regarding Bet Credits

Usage - Bet Credits can be used on any sport or market, but cannot be used on Lotto products.

Teasers - They cannot be used to fund Teasers.

Other Offers - They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
For selected offers, once you have fulfilled the requirements and the reward has been credited to your account, you can claim your reward in the Active Rewards.
Bet Credits and Returns
If you have used Bet Credits to place your bet, please note that the Bet Credits themselves are not included in the Returns.
Bet Credits cannot be withdrawn, and stake amounts from Bet Credits are not included in Returns. Therefore, please note that when using Bet Credits, only the winnings generated will be returned to your account and added to your Available Balance.
