There may be several reasons why you are unable to withdraw.
Registered Bank Account
PIX withdrawals must be made to a personal bank account that matches the name on your bet365 account. If you are attempting to withdraw to an account that is not registered, your withdrawal cannot be processed.
Error Messages
In some cases, you may receive an error message when you attempt to withdraw, each error code is unique and relates to the reason you are unable to withdraw. For example, NPM01 is an error message that displays when there is no active payment method registered on your account, please visit What does NPM01 mean? for more information.

Invalid Email Address
You will be unable to withdraw unless there is a verified email address registered to your bet365 Account. To update your email address:

Go to the
in the top-right of your screen.

Select My Account and Contact Details where you will be presented with the option to update your email address

Once you have updated your email address, we will send an email with a link.

Click the link to confirm the email address is valid.
