To check the status of your recent withdrawal:

  1. Go to the My account Icon in the top-right of your screen.

  2. Select Bank and choose Balances.

Your two most recent withdrawals display in this section along with the amount, Payment Method used and the date it was requested. In addition, the below statuses are shown to confirm the current status of your withdrawal:

Withdrawal Request

Your withdrawal request has been received but not yet processed by bet365.

We aim to process withdrawals within two hours of the request. If your withdrawal has still not been processed after this, please Contact Us.

Withdrawal left bet365

Your withdrawal has been successfully processed by bet365, and should now be with your payment provider.

Your Payment Provider will usually take an additional hour to process your funds.

If you have still not received your withdrawal after this time frame, you will need to check your withdrawal details are correct. To do this:

  1. Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Review the details displayed to ensure the details are correct.

Your withdrawal will show on your bank statement as one of the below:

  • Wepayments

  • OKP BET365

  • Payretailers

  • PAY4FUN INSTITUICAO DE PAGAMENTO S.A

  • PagSeguro Tecnologia LTDA

If you still unable to locate your withdrawal, Contact Us.

Failed to send

We have attempted to send your withdrawal but were unable to process your request.

The funds were credited back to your bet365 balance and an email has been sent to you with further information.

Please check the details registered on your account are correct. To do this:

  1. Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Review the details displayed to ensure the details are correct.

In addition, check:

  • The account is able to receive funds from an online betting operators.

  • There are no limits on the account or CPF stopping funds from being processed

  • There are no restrictions on your CPF

Where the details are incorrect, or they have one of the above restrictions, you will need to add new withdrawal details. To do this:

  1. Select the My account Icon from the top right of your screen and choose Bank, then Deposit.

  2. Enter your Bank Details.

  3. You will then be able to withdraw to these details.

If you still encounter issues, please Contact Us.

Withdrawal Returned

Your withdrawal was successfully processed by us but has since been rejected by your Payment Provider and sent back to us.

The funds were credited back to your bet365 balance and an email has been sent to you with further information.

Please check the details registered on your account are correct. To do this:

  1. Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. You can then attempt to withdraw to these details.

In addition, check:

  • The Bank Account is still active

  • The account is able to receive funds from an online gambling provider.

  • There are no limits on the account or CPF stopping funds from being processed

  • There are no restrictions on your CPF

Where the details are incorrect, or they have one of the above restrictions, you will need to add new withdrawal details. To do this:

  1. Select the My account Icon from the top right of your screen and choose Bank, then Deposit.

  2. Enter your Bank Details.

  3. You can then attempt to withdraw to these details.

If you still encounter issues, please Contact Us.

Cancelled

Your withdrawal was cancelled either by yourself or bet365. The funds will have been credited back to your bet365 balance.

Where the withdrawal was cancelled by bet365, you will have received an email containing additional information.
