Your withdrawal was successfully processed by us but has since been rejected by your Payment Provider and sent back to us.
The funds were credited back to your bet365 balance and an email has been sent to you with further information.
Please check the details registered on your account are correct. To do this:

Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

Select Withdraw.

You can then attempt to withdraw to these details.

The Bank Account is still active

The account is able to receive funds from an online gambling provider.

There are no limits on the account or CPF stopping funds from being processed

There are no restrictions on your CPF
Where the details are incorrect, or they have one of the above restrictions, you will need to add new withdrawal details. To do this:

Select the
from the top right of your screen and choose Bank, then Deposit.

Enter your Bank Details.

You can then attempt to withdraw to these details.
