Before making a withdrawal
Before withdrawing, we need to ensure the email address registered on your bet365 account is valid. To update and verify your email address:

Go to the
in the top-right of your screen.

Select My Account then Contact Details, where you will be presented with the option to update your email address.

Once you have updated your email address, we will send you an email with a link.

Click the link to confirm the email address is valid.
How to make a withdrawal

Select Bank and then Withdraw. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully request a withdrawal.
When requesting a withdrawal, you must complete facial recognition. If you fail this process three times, your account will be locked, and you will need to Contact Us for assistance.
All withdrawals will be processed using PIX. PIX withdrawals must be made to a personal bank account that matches the name on your bet365 account.
When registering your bank details, please ensure all details are correct otherwise the withdrawal will fail.
