The Annual Personal Income Statement summarises your net gambling activity (winnings minus losses) for the previous year (1st January to 31st December). The statement will be available where you have activity during the previous year.
To download your statement:

Login to your account.

Navigate to the ‘History’ section and select ‘Personal Income Statement’.

Your Personal Income Statement will be available to download.
Your statement will be available by the end of February each year, covering your activity for the preceding year.
I am not able to log in to my account. How can I access my Personal Income Statement?
If your account is blocked, you can still view your Personal Income Statement.
To download your statement:

Enter your login details as normal.

If your account is blocked, a pop-up will appear.

Follow the on-screen instructions to download your statement. Note that you will be unable to access any other sections of your account and your account status will remain blocked.
