How to make a PIX deposit
Deposit from your online banking via PIX, which supports multiple banks across Brazil.
To prevent any issues with your deposit, please ensure that your CPF, name and the date of birth registered with us are correct. The CPF registered to the bank account used to complete your deposit must also match the CPF registered to your bet365 account. If the details do not match, your payment may be rejected.
How to deposit using a PIX Key
Complete your PIX deposit quicker by using a PIX Key when adding a new bank account.
Select the PIX Key linked to the bank account you wish to use. You can choose between the following:
- CPF
- Phone Number
- Random PIX Key
Once selected, we will send 0.01BRL to your bank to verify the details.
To use an alternative Email or Phone Number you will need to update your Contact Details.
Once your details have been successfully verified, you can proceed to complete your deposit.
Why can't I use a bank account I used before?
We can only accept deposits from banks authorised by the Central Bank of Brazil.
Why has my deposit not been credited?
If your deposit has not been credited to your account, please ensure that you have followed the guidelines below:
- Bank Account Name: You can only deposit from a bank account that is registered in your name on your bet365 account. Deposits from accounts not in your name will not be accepted.
- Using a Registered Bank Account: Ensure that you are using the same bank account to complete your PIX deposit that you registered with bet365. Any deposits that are from an unregistered bank account will be rejected, and the funds will be returned to that bank account. If you need to register an additional bank account, please go the PIX deposit page and select ‘Add New Bank Account’. You can register and use up to 3 bank accounts.
- Valid Bank Account Details: When manually registering a new bank account, ensure you have selected the correct bank name from the drop down list and your bank code presented matches your details. You must also ensure your bank account number and branch code have been entered correctly. The bank account details you register with bet365 must be valid and must exactly match the bank account you use to complete your PIX deposit. Any discrepancies will result in deposit rejection and the funds being returned to your bank account.
- Using a PIX Key: If you are attempting to register your bank details using a PIX Key, ensure the PIX Key details match what has been registered to your bank account. If the PIX Key is registered to an unsupported bank your deposit will be unsuccessful and your bank details will not be saved.

Why have my funds been returned?
Your funds may be returned for the following reasons:
- The bank account used for the deposit does not match the name registered on your bet365 account.
- The payment for your PIX deposit was not made from the bank account registered with bet365. If you need to register an additional bank account, please go the PIX deposit page and select ‘Add New Bank Account’.
- The bank account details registered with us do not match the account details you used to complete your PIX deposit.
